I offer nutrition coaching for athletes of all ages and skill levels and work with  endurance, strength, and team sport athletes alike. Whether you’re signing up for your first 10K, want to become the top scorer on your team, or are ready to beat your current PRs I can help you get there! With my personalized one on one nutrition coaching programs you’ll receive:

  • An in-depth initial assessment to review your current dietary habits and training/competition schedule to establish your nutrition and performance goals for the duration of your program
  • Unlimited support via text/email for the duration of your program
  • A personalized nutrition program that includes
    • meal timing based on your daily training schedule and competitions
    • nutrient targets to optimize your athletic performance
    • personalized macronutrient distribution to get the best results out of your training and to optimize body composition
    • meal ideas and tips based on your personalized nutrition plan
    • supplement advice to make sure you’re getting everything you need, and nothing that you don’t
  • Training advice and recommendations if you aren’t currently working with a fitness trainer or athletic coach
  • Your choice of virtual or in-person appointments
  • Weekly check-ins and bi-weekly follow-up appointments to track your progress and receive ongoing coaching and support!

  • Weekly personalized meal plans using the Eat Love platform
  • Meal plans include breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and include all of your recipes and a grocery list
  • Includes a monthly check-in to review goals, targets and update your nutrition plan
  • Recipes can be adjusted to serve one person or a family
