My vision is to create a fun, energetic, and inspiring community for runners (and other athletes) who want to perform their best while leaving fad diets, quick-fixes, and nutrition BS behind.
My mission is to help runners fuel, train, and recover better, so they can reach their full potential. I aim to help runners improve their performance, improve their body composition, and improve their relationship with food and exercise
We practice in an ethical and science-guided way, committed to seeking and sharing the truth to the best of our current knowledge. This also means no MLMs, and no shady products or supplements.
We believe that each person is a unique individual with their own goals and needs. We don’t believe in cookie-cutter programs or a one-size-fits-all approach. Our plans, programs, and advice are always tailored, always customized, and always personalized.
