A little about me…

My name is Stephanie Hnatiuk. I am a Registered Dietitian, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Diabetes Educator. I have a Degree in Nutrition Sciences, and Certifications in Advanced Strength Training Techniques and Training for Running.

As a Nutrition and Fitness Expert I use the most up-to-date research to provide YOU with the best quality, personalized advice on your health and fitness.

My philosophy is that living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t need to be complicated. I use REAL food in my nutrition plans, without the need for overpriced supplements or fads.  I help my clients find the joy in eating well by thinking outside the box and cooking delicious, balanced meals.

I create fitness plans that are simple, yet effective and can be done from anywhere.
