Well guys, the final day of the 12 Days of Tacos is finally here. I’ve had such a wonderful time sharing all of my favorite recipes with you! I think we’ve had some real winners that I’ll definitely still be enjoying well into 2018. I hope you agree!

These crispy pickerel fish tacos are the ultimate quick weeknight meal. The little bite-sized pieces of fish cook in a flash, so from start to finish you’re looking at dinner being on the table in under 20 minutes. This meal is also great for bumping up the vegetables on your plate! I use crispy lettuce, fresh coleslaw, and avocado. YUM!

These are the BEST BBQ Chicken Tacos EVER. They start with a delicious smoky chipotle marinade, and end with being grilled to perfection on the bbq. Yes, even in the winter we’ve got the grill going! Nothing gives me a nicer reminder of summer than eating bbq chicken tacos in December.
